The whole thing here was crafted with only
one objective: To impress and turn the interested parties attention away from
the real issue: Unverifiable crooked numbers. Coloured version of the report,
black and white version, quicken generated versions (I was his teacher on this
last one!..) General Electric stupid stories, executive version, short version,
long versions, kiss my ass version and the like... I don't know what was the
reaction of other RAWCS committee members but for sure Len Bolden swallowed it
with no questions asked!... But some asking why he's congratulating Derek and
Adriana Pyrah while he knew who wrote the report and who handled the entire budget
of the VAP: Dave Collins. Why he ignored him? "This year, we are on the doorsteps,
of AUSAid, through the RAWCS orgainzation.In such a short time, our little project
has become the DARLING of RAWCS". What?
the VAP on the AUSAID list for accreditation? through the RAWCS? No wonder Ladies
and Gentlemen of the committee you will never regain not even your basic status!
($100,000 annually) So, does he means that VAP as THE DARLING OF THE RAWCS (sic!)
will be the DARLING OF THE AUSAID as well? He was imagining government money
will flow the VAP accounts, (meaning the ones he managed) by thousands of
dollars!.lavish life in the island, Europe touring, finally a real charity
leader!... And the winner is? 4 oscars to "No country for older men"...... "It has been expressed in Australia, that we are the best project under the RAWCS umbrella of projects. Small wonder why we had so many jealous factions trying to discredit our program. WE WANT TO THANK ALL OF THEM FOR TRYING. It just made us more professional, more efficient, better organized, better documented and more determined to be the best that we could be, in our efforts to make a difference in the life of our poor brothers and sisters" No body was jealous and wanted to discredit them. Jealous of what? Most Rotarians, the majority, joined the org. to serve the community as at the same time serving themselves but though their legitimate business only. No other RAWCS project received such a criticism for its controversial activities. The "jealous factions" Dave Collins is talking about is nothing else that concerned honest Rotarians, realized in the earliest stage Derek's and Collins rip off. 5 years ago the RAWCS lost its AUSAID. accreditation with no hope to be restored. All you left with, is the donations tax exempt status, my friends in AU asserting is in peril too, for the same reasons as you lost the AUSAID: That is inefficiency and incapacitation to manage the emission of tax exemption receipts. *****

While I was preparing this report, I received an e-mail from a True Rotarian directing my attention to a finding about the Faith Antang investigation. The ROMACS actually received the amount of $30,000 Derek Pyrah claims in the YouTube clip but that's all they received from the $140,000 total amount raised. No body can figure out what happened to the remaining. We'll find out. No rush!....

TIME TO CLEAN UP THE HOUSE LEN! Another True Rotarian directed my attention to a different matter regarding the RAWCS Eastern region. In the latest update (May 28-2008) of RAWCS List of Projects funding doc. in the page 4 of 9 there is a project listed under the name 13/2005-6 Children of the Golden Triangle,Thailand. with a web site http://www.childrengoldentriangle.org. listing as a main contact PP Piers Booth. I went through the pages without seen his name or anything else that this is a Rotary project, no emblems, no RAWCS logo, not a single mention of the word Rotary. When I clicked this link got 7 offices and contacts in 7 countries with instructions how to donate, the best being this one click to see it please They are all living in mansions and driving expensive cars..It pays to own a charity especially registered with the RAWCS!... Digging further it appears the only Rotary look-like address to donate is in NZ listed under the name of Rotary Club of Dunedin Central Dunedin under a person's name the club appears as a c/o, the project is not listed in their web site or in the RNZWCS directory. In AU is a private address too. This one:

I'm sure Elaine Lytle will state again that all funds are trarnsiting through
the RAWCS. "From now on, if I know some one who wants to open shop in the
charity business I'll send them to Len Bolden for registration with he RAWCS
myself being not so talented to take advantage of the opportunity, I might as
well help other people to get rich"!...

Dave Stevenson I have a question for you: The independent Audits you claim (Just look on the left) where were done? In Sri lanka? India? Philippines? Bangladesh? (VAP's were done in the Philippines and according to Derek Pyrah were audited by the district 3860, something the district never confirmed). But assuming yours were audited in the first world. Did the auditor made an "audit from hell" with all papers in hand including your own bank and credit card accounts statement? or a complaisant one? had he/she/they available detailed bank statements from all countries you are receiving donations? Who certified the cost of construction as true and accurate as you computed it in your books? Did the auditors went on the construction site or sent an expert to verify? By the way, Why so many offices and bank accounts in different countries? In today's global economy you can wire money everywhere in the world in seconds in the comfort of your computer room. Your explanation in the Frequently asked questions doesn't make sense to me, or to any one having even basic accounting skills.In fact, everything in this topic is a cheap propaganda. Just for kids!.. How about RAWCS donation tax deduction? You don't mention any thing about! Let's ask RAWCS eastern Chairman Len Bolden:Would you please be kind to enlightened some of us illiterates or left out of the inner secrets and RAWCS policies as to who gets, or not Tax deduction certificates, who uses the RAWCS logo giving him access to the the Rotary Logo and other emblems? The VAP has it, the CGT doesn't even though both are under the same umbrella! Go figure...
Dear Rotarians, the point here is not to go after every single charity in Australia and elsewhere and we are not targeting particularly the organization named above. All we are doing here is an investigation and a survey to find out the following: Is the RAWCS a Rotary Organization above suspicion? The first thing Derek Pyrah did as soon as he joined the RAWCS was to give a PHF sapphire to the treasurer Jack Eliot. Why the treasurer? Is he the most meritorious member of the committee? As for Jack, not even the basic reservation of accepting it from his hands considering the suspicions raised about the VAP by prominent Rotarians prior and after joining the RAWCS? No any conflict of interest here? We have more than one reason to doubt it but we are ready to reconsider if the committee headed by Len Bolden show signs of cleaning up the house. Until then, the True Rotarians will continue to dig deeper and deeper and reveal more. Stay tuned... |

your "Thanks letter to Derek you wrote this: "Many thanks for
the VAP Annual Report. It is a credit to you, Adriana, and all involved in what
has developed into an outstanding project". Not a single mention
to Collins. Chairman Len Bolden, Rotarians need to know more: You did notice
in the report that the entire budget was spent in Tagbilaran, 80% of it in Doljo
where Collins is living, the remaining in two villages in bohol. The project
suppose to be implemented throughout the district 3860 that has 95 clubs. Can
you please take a look and tell us how much was spent out of Dave Collins control
areas? None! Same for the
following year. Why is this? I hope you do not need my explanation you are old
enough to figure it out... Even today,and after he (Collins) is mourning his
lost membership (kicked out of the RCT) he's directing the projects in Cebu this
time! You have read many of my accusations all supported by documents writing
by the accused and heard even more
